The Direct Care Plan is for those who want in on the best that holistic functional medicine has to offer. You choose how often you want appointments and what you want your appointments to be, book them at your convenience, and pay as you go. This includes visits in-person or virtually, with Dr. Louder or with our Health and Wellness Coach.

Annual Plan for Direct Care Members
Access to genomic analysis for a comprehensive understanding of your health. If we have already evaluated your genomics, you may choose another of our available tests to gain insight into your health. Exclusive access to educational materials and workshops on holistic well-being.
Physician Consultations
Tailored medical care with a focus on prevention, addressing the root causes of health issues rather than just symptoms.
Health and Wellness Coaching
Guidance and support from our certified health and wellness coaches to help you implement lifestyle changes and achieve your health goals.
